Eligible: People over 50 years of age living with HIV
Outreach, case management, psychosocial support, health education, risk reduction, insurance navigation, cognitive, physical and behavioral health screening services, and technology coaching.
Eligible: People living with HIV/AIDS who are 45 and older
HIV & Aging is a virtual group focusing on the unique needs of people living with HIV and are 45 years and older. Each session provides education and support to participants through discussions on topics relevant to their life experiences.
Eligible: Current and former AFPH clients
Forum for clients to discuss Agency needs, and to provide feedback and suggestions.
