Get the food support you need to live your healthiest life with HIV

You can get nutritious food support through the Ryan White Nutrition Program designed for people living with HIV.

Our Nutrition Services assist people living with HIV improve health outcomes through nutrition. Clients learn to maintain a healthy diet, cook meals appropriate for their health needs, and shop for food on a budget. Plus, 18 months of ongoing nutrition support.

Personalized Nutrition Support

Monthly check-ins with a Nutrition Educator to guide you toward healthier eating habits tailored to your needs

Fresh Food Access

Pantry bags filled with fresh, nutritious foods or grocery store vouchers, customized to your dietary requirements and abilities

Easy & Health Recipes

Simple, wholesome recipes designed to help you make delicious meals at home

Nutrition Education & Cooking

Bi-weekly sessions on nutrition, including monthly hands-on cooking demonstrations to practice new skills

Peer Support Community

Connect with others on a similar journey and share tips, encouragement, and motivation.

Community Resource Connections

Learn about local resources like SNAP, WIC, food pantries, and congregate meal programs that may help support your food needs.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who is:

Living with HIV/AIDS,

Residing in our service area (Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, or Washington County), and

500% below the poverty level.
