Now, as we mark the 40th anniversary of the Alliance for Positive Health, we invite you to our Columbia-Greene Garden Party—launching a year of celebration for our life-saving work.

What began in 1985 as a grassroots response to HIV/AIDS has become a beacon of hope. While our services have grown to include harm reduction, LGBTQ+ support, and chronic illness care, the heart of our mission remains the same: ending HIV once and for all.
