The Alliance for Positive Health provides supportive services through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program to help you stay healthy, housed, and connected. Whether you need a ride to your appointments, help affording groceries, or support navigating healthcare, we're here for you.
Ryan White services available
Through Ryan White funding, we provide free and confidential services for people living with HIV, including:
Need a ride to your doctor, pharmacy, or support services? We offer transportation assistance to ensure you never miss a critical appointment.
We provide grocery store gift cards, nutrition education, and referrals to food resources that promote healthy living and support your treatment goals.
Our case managers work one-on-one with clients to:
- Connect you to medical care
- Navigate insurance and benefit programs
- Coordinate support services
- Provide ongoing emotional and practical support
