HIV & Aging is a virtual group focusing on the unique needs of people living with HIV and are 45 years and older. Each session provides education and support to participants through discussions on topics relevant to their life experiences.

Eligible: Organizations, businesses and government agencies with a desire to provide access to safe needle disposal
Provision of sharps kiosks and wall-mounted collection units. Retrieval and disposal of sharps collected in the kiosks and units.
Eligible: People who use drugs
The Health Hub provides linkage to services needed to stabilize and improve health outcomes, harm reduction services and prescriptions for Buprenorphine.
Eligible: Current and former AFPH clients
Forum for clients to discuss Agency needs, and to provide feedback and suggestions.
