Frequently asked questions about SELF

What is the purpose of SELF?

To have the best possible health now and in the future, and provide the support needed to make it happen.

Why should I go?

It is a safe space where women connect and move forward with any problems they may be facing in their lives. Sometimes it is hard to find other women or people we can trust to confide in. This is a space where anything and everything may be discussed without it leaving the group. Like Vegas, what’s said in here, stays here!

What is expected of me?

When you enroll with SELF, you agree to attend all 4 group sessions in addition to one individual session at the end.

What if I can’t make the dates on the schedule?

If you can’t make the group you enrolled for, you can always participate in a different group that might work better for you in the future.

When are the individual meetings?

Whenever works best for you! A Women’s Care Counselor can work with you!
