Housing Retention Services*

Having housing is crucial to getting and staying healthy. We provide a variety of services to help people with HIV who are homeless or unstably housed maintain safe and affordable housing, and prevent eviction and utility shut off. Housing Retention Specialists assist individuals to remain in stable housing and live independently, thus increasing positive health outcomes.

Alliance for Positive Health
The Alliance for Positive Health provides a continuum of direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS and their family members. We also offer care management to people with other chronic illnesses who are enrolled in Medicaid as well as prevention programs that offer effective, innovative solutions that make a significant impact on reducing new HIV infections.
