Help to maintain safe and affordable housing and preventing eviction and utility shut off. Provide support for housing stability.

Short and long-term rental assistance, emergency rental, utility assistance, security deposits, moving expenses, etc. for homeless or unstably housed or at risk. Clients may be provided with household items and/or mattresses.
Eligible: Persons at risk for HIV, hepatitis C and/or other STIs
Free confidential testing. Rapid HIV, HCV, and syphilis testing. Urine screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Multi-site testing available.
Eligible: People living with HIV/AIDS who are 45 and older
HIV & Aging is a virtual group focusing on the unique needs of people living with HIV and are 45 years and older. Each session provides education and support to participants through discussions on topics relevant to their life experiences.

HIV and HCV testing, linkage to treatment, HCV treatment education and medication adherence counseling.

Assist clients with comprehensive health insurance plans for uninsured or underinsured. (Medicare/Medicaid/NYS Health Marketplace). Assistance with ADAP/APIC.
