THE ALLIANCE FOR POSITIVE HEALTH WILL PROVIDE:
• Volunteer ambassadors who will invite people they know to dine at your location on Thursday, April 24, 2025. In addition to welcoming guests, ambassadors ask diners to make an additional donation to the Alliance for Positive Health. (If you have a regular patron in mind for an ambassador, please let us know.) Ambassadors will be assigned to a restaurant based on qualifying criteria determined by the Alliance for Positive Health. The Alliance for Positive Health will make every effort to place one or more volunteer ambassadors at your location(s) on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
• Attractive, high-quality promotional materials, including posters, dining guides (printed and online versions), check inserts, and table tents.
• A publicity campaign to promote Dining Out For Life® via internet media and social media outlets.
• Distribution of Dining Out For Life® dining guides to the agency’s supporters.
• Phone and website referral list of participating restaurants for diners via our Facebook and Instagram pages, website allianceforpositivehealth.org, and Dining Out For Life® landing page.
• Event updates about Dining Out For Life® throughout the campaign through our e-newsletters, website, and social media sites.
BY PARTICIPATING IN DINING OUT FOR LIFE®, WE AGREE TO
• Contribute the here-noted percent of total sales for food, beverage, and liquor (if specified) on Thursday, April 24, 2025 to the Alliance for Positive Health’s HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs, or make a flat donation of $550. Flat donation payments are due by April 4, 2025.
• Allow the Alliance for Positive Health to use our name in materials promoting Dining Out For Life®.
• Promote Dining Out For Life® by displaying event materials, including posters, check inserts, and table tents for the final four weeks of the campaign (April 4, 2025 – April 24, 2025).
• Inform wait staff, managers and other bar or restaurant personnel about Dining Out For Life® so that they can promote the event to diners.
• Allow ambassadors to briefly approach and greet diners at the table.
• Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to the Alliance for Positive Health no later than Friday, May 23, 2025 for publication.
