Behavioral Health Education*
Our Behavioral Health Education program is a short-term approach to advocacy and empowerment of HIV+ individuals through education and support about HIV and behavioral health. The curriculum-based education focuses on the benefits of early and ongoing behavioral health services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, as an important part of HIV health care. Interactions are tailored to each individual and the factors that impact their willingness and readiness to engage in treatment and care.
The program provides:
- Intake and Screening
- Individual and group educational sessions
- Referrals and coordination with other providers
- Peer Education and Support

Alliance for Positive Health
The Alliance for Positive Health provides a continuum of direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS and their family members. We also offer care management to people with other chronic illnesses who are enrolled in Medicaid as well as prevention programs that offer effective, innovative solutions that make a significant impact on reducing new HIV infections.
